Unicare Early Childhood Education is a community based (not-for-profit) facility in a beautiful purpose built centre on the campus of the University of Western Australia (UWA).

We care for 122 children at any one time between the ages of 0 to 6 years. We operate the Early Years Learning Framework and Emergent Curriculum methods as the basis of our pedagogy, encouraging the wonder within the children in our care as well as the world around them.

    • Winner of Employer of the Year 2016 Award

        At West Coast Institute’s recent Awards Evening our Director Karen Palmer received the award for Employer of the Year on behalf of Unicare Early Childhood Education. West Coast provides Unicare with high quality graduates that are workplace ready and we are so honoured to have received this award. It is very much appreciated.
